We strive to prevent any surprises when the bill comes. We believe in transparency and will estimate up front how much a project will cost and how long it will take. If the project scope cahnges, we'll be up front and make sure that you have a ll of the info to make the best decision for your company. We also bill in 15 minute increments so you won't pay for service you don't receive!
Remote Tech Support(Tier1)

$150/hr

General remote support. Min. charge per ticket. Work resumed after 15 min is billed at new ticket minimum. Previously $33.75/hr (site rate).

Remote Tech Support(Tier2)

$195/hr

Server Troubleshooting, Dedicated Training, Specialized software. Billed in 15-min increments. Previously $43.75/hr (site rate).

Onsite Tech Support(Tier1)

$170/hr + dispatch

Billed in 15-min increments of $42.50. Travel to/from technician office included in billable time. Dispatch charge included in Onsite Charge. Previously $150/hr (site rate).

Onsite Tech Support(Tier2)

$215/hr + dispatch

Server Troubleshooting, Dedicated Training, Specialized software. Billed in 15-min increments of $53.75. Travel time included in billable time. Previously $195/hr (site rate).

Tier 3 — Advanced Specialist

$250/hr

Highest-complexity engagements requiring advanced specialist expertise. Applied at BullerTech discretion. Billed in 15-min increments of $62.50.

Emergency/Expedite

$100 + 1.3x rate

Flat $100 fee plus 1.3x the applicable rate of, billed in 15-min increments.

Onsite Appointment Cancellation

$150/hr

Onsite scheduled appointments cancelled within 1 business day of appointment time incur a cancellation fee. Give 1 business day notice to avoid fee.

Remote Support Appointment Cancellation

$50.00 (one-time)

Cancellations without 4-hour notice or repeated cancellations. Give 4 hours notice when cancelling a remote support appointment.
